Placement Registration Methods

Online - Candidates and Employers are strongly encouraged to register online using the Placement system. Registration begins November 1, 2006.

Fax - Candidates and Employers can fax registration forms along with credit card payment to (518) 454-2110. All faxes must be received by February 28, 2007.

Mail - Candidates and Employers can mail in registration form with credit card or check to:

Placement Policies

Refunds - Due to the nature of the service provided, no refunds will be offered once a candidate or employer submits their registration materials to placement whether online, via fax or via mail.

Registration for Joint Meeting - Candidates not registered for the joint meeting will be locked out of the on-line placement system if they are not registered, and paid, for the convention by March 1, 2007.

Declined Credit Cards and Returned Checks - 2007 Joint Meeting reserves the right to charge a $20 fee for returned checks. Additionally, 2007 Joint Meeting reserves the right to charge a candidate or employer a handling fee of $10 for declined credit cards.

Interview Area Displays - No free standing displays are permitted. All items must fit on the interview table purchased by the employer.

Placement System Shut Down - Last day to access the online system is May 25, 2007. Employers and candidates should print any information they need prior to May 25, 2007.
