If you indicated that you required catering for your event, the properties have also been given your name and contact information and may attempt to reach you as well. You are encouraged to contact them as soon as possible to make the appropriate arrangements.

The properties cannot alter or modify your slotted time. Questions or concerns related to time/space assignment should be directed to Arlene Kidwell, akidwell@naspa.org.
